confetti snow day
Winter is always a hard time for our kids. They're indoors more than they like, they get antsy, and will make their own "fun" if they get too bored (like dumping out all the spices to "make a recipe"). On a particularly cold and snowy day, Nick and I did what any desperate parents would do. We put up a backdrop in the playroom, grabbed the leftover new years eve confetti, and spent an hour throwing it at each other (no one else does this? just us then?). Vera was not a big fan, but Evelyn, Atticus, and Sullivan loved it!
